The Festival of Light Menorah proved an adaptable design for other Judaic items. This Yahrzeit candle now is available in 3 different styles in addition to Shabbat Candles. Their collective success led me to become an Award Winning International Judaic artist.
I strive to create art that allows me to stay true to my personal artistic vision. The Garden of Hope (Tucson JCC) is an example of form and function. Its message resonates with me, especially in these times. I’m a great proponent of giving people recognition for their contributions and for making these public art projects possible.
I was attracted to ritual as a child. It’s turned out more than a passing fancy. I began doing these to experience a new metal technique and to respond to requests for jewelry. I’m always open to new ways to express my creative vision and values. These symbolic amulets and talisman necklaces and earrings are available in sterling silver or bronze.

Even though I use a high quality N95 vapor mask with removal cartridges, whenever weather permits, I like to move my studio outside.
I relish the opportunity to create final art through creating “studies” in my studio. These are small illustrations of big ideas. Like so much in life, you have to turn elements into your final expression of an idea that is bigger than you.
Bronze lost wax casting process usually starts by creating a clay life sized model. This clay form is for Truly Nolen's Memorial Bench prior to it being disassembled to create the mold for the bronze casting. When I am in the studio creating large scale projects I elevate them to avoid back issues caused by leaning over for a prolonged time.
